Régimen de adopción en el Ecuador para sujetos nacionales y extranjeros

Abstract

In the present Word i will analyze, from a critic mode the current adoption process in our legal system, also make a little historical review of the concept of adoption in a general mode, and in the history of our country.

It will review the different laws that governing the matter in our country, it means the Children and Teenager Code and, in a less strict form the Ecuadorian Civil Code this after giving a brief overview of the process both in Administrative and Judiciary.

Since also that this work it´s a short analysis of international laws that governing the matter I analyze the adoption law of Argentina, Chile and Guatemala also the Mexican Civil Code.

Finally I will make in the same time an analysis as a small report about an adoption process which gave in one of the Family, Women, Children and Adolescents Judicial units in the city of Cuenca to give greater depth to the analysis of laws that governing the matter in Ecuador.
