Abstract

The trust placed by the owners starting from the manager to the radio reporter has made this story more important and valuable every day, since not everyone has the opportunity to have or get a job before finishing university studies. That is why it has been decided to capture every word, learning and knowledge offered within Radio Tomebamba in a single experience. Extracting all the experiences lived is one of the foundations that is intended to be achieved by counting step by step each of the days within working hours. In this way the radio will be able to realize the importance of its functions from the management to the news staff.
