Resumen
The present degree work has as main objective to realize a design and construction of a recycling machine of thinner using sheet metal and paint processes to reuse the thinner, to economize resources, and to reduce the impact to the environment. The recycling machine of thinner was dimensioning considering the components physical and chemical specifications used in the sheet metal and paint processes, in the procedures for distilling and purifying the compound, according to the design method identification that will be used and the manufacturing process adjusted for the materials and the available machines for our environment. The project is based on normalizing parameters, operating variables, and calculations for the dimensioning of the machine design, the design schema illustration was realized with the CAD software (Solidworks) to stablish its geometry, and the simulations analysis was done with the CAE software (Ansys Workbench), the construction was established according to the realized design and the analysis results were applied to use the best manufacturing characteristics to each element that conforms the machine, with an acceptable quality level to the functioning exigencies. The tests which allow the machine validation were realized through a sampling to different thinner examples used in the painting process in the automotive area. The thinner circulation used through the distillation process generates recycled thinner, and solid residues which reduces the environment impacts that the paint produces. The thinner recovery machine construction uses the universal application, giving quality on its performance, as well as, mechanical resistance and accessible production costs. The validation has an acceptable functioning efficiency with recycled thinner levels, helping to the contamination reduction. Through the use of the recycling machine we will obtain the thinner reutilization with a higher performance to the fifty percent, being an efficient process to economize costs in the thinner acquisition and to reduce the contaminating impact to the environment.
