Resumen
The objective of this research work was to conduct a feasibility analysis for the implementation of an agroecological farm for the production and marketing of agricultural and livestock products in the Sablog Santha Martha community in the Guamote canton, Chimborazo province. This work was based on field research and was carried out based on the review of secondary sources and the collection of primary information using an analytical, deductive, and inductive methodology. For the market study, potential customers were segmented based on criteria of consumption of agricultural and livestock products 193 interviews were conducted, which were stratified considering the parishes of the Guamote canton. In addition, the competition was analyzed by considering price, place, promotion, and product. It was carried out a review of the Political Constitution of Ecuador, the Food Sovereignty Law, and the Entrepreneurship law to determine the criteria for processing the products according to the production plan and the different legal regulations for the legal-administrative plan of this entrepreneurship. The environmental impact of the project was analyzed using the Leopold matrix. It was developed the marketing and commercialization plan based on the results obtained, which were also used for the economic and financial analysis. The initial investment of the entrepreneurship was determined to be 334,163.042 USD, with an NPV of 189,348.50 USD, a B/C ratio of 1.79 USD, an IRR of 21%, and a payback period between years 3 and 4 of the project. It was concluded that entrepreneurship is financially viable and profitable with a 97% market share of unsatisfied demand. It is recommended that the financing and execution of the entrepreneurship be based on its planning.
