Proyecto de producción y comercialización de compost obtenido a partir del proceso de “raquis” de palma en la empresa Inbioales S.A en el cantón La Concordia, provincia Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas

Abstract

In the human context, the composting and recycling of organic waste is possibly as old as the practice of agriculture in a traditional way, for years farmers have collected organic waste to transform it into fertilizer for their land. Thus, the company Inbioales SA Canton La Concordia, Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas through the Project "Producing and marketing compost obtained from the process of" raquis "palm has as its main objective to focus on economic, social development and environmental highlighting the great importance of these factors, which its benefits is to generate sources of employment because it contributes to optimize human conditions, work and consequently increase the production of crops in the areas and affecting the economic increases in their sales and profits. Strategies focused on farmers to improve their land is first produce and market a quality product and work with a strategy of introduction or penetration which will be conducted training talks with topics to discuss about the product, benefits and price that it will have to the market, so that in this way a rapid reception can be achieved. At the same time, a knowledge of the product will be made so that the farmers visualize the good results of the product. This present work contributes to the improvement of the structures and fertilization of the soil through the use of compost, in the same way reducing the use of external inputs and increasing the efficiency of the resources of the community, protecting at the same time human health and the environment.
