Resumen
The objective of the study was to develop a feasibility project through a market study for the creation of a Biomagnetism Center and Bach Flower Therapies in Riobamba city. For this research, a mixed approach was used since the study has qualitative and quantitative characteristics with an analytical and deductive method since they are essential for the development of results. It was a non-experimental design as it does not require scientific tests. Also, a documentary and field study were put into practice due to the bibliographic data and researched postulates were referenced. Finally, an exploratory and descriptive level was handled. To collect data, a questionnaire of 12 questions was applied to the 384 people who were the sample obtained from the population. Once the parameters and the information from the surveys were established and analyzed, it was determined that 84% indicated that they would follow these therapies if a biomagnetism center is implemented. It is believed that there is still a market niche since 53% of the people have not attended any center. It was also established that the creation of biomagnetism center is feasible because its financial indicators are positive, that is to say, a positive NPV of $16,228.92, an IRR of 37%, and it is expected that the investment will be recovered within 1 year, with a cost-benefit of $1.55. In Riobamba city, there is not enough offer of alternative therapies and there is a group of people who believe and come to be treated with this medicine, due to the cost or because it is their last alternative. In addition, aggressive marketing is recommended to publicize the benefits of these alternative therapies
