Resumen
The present Curricular Integration Work aims to obtain a database of temperature, current and voltage drop of the evolution of a false contact in an energized electrical circuit in xls format, from the use of the thermographic diagnosis module of control elements located in the technical diagnostic laboratory. For this project, a failure was generated by false contact in each of the output contacts of the selected thermal relay. Prior to obtaining the data, each turn of the contact was divided into 16 parts to observe the evolution of the fault. When generating the failure mode it was observed that the temperature rises in the 3 contacts. Presenting the first an increasing temperature rise with normal operating parameters. Unlike the contacts of phase 2 and 3 that presented an excessive elevation of temperature, current and voltage. The contact of phase 1 was raised. The contacts of phase 2 and 3 the current and voltage presented a decrease in their values in relation to the beginning of the data capture. The heat generated resulted in a wear of the contacts and conductors in the thermographic diagnostic module. With this work it was possible to obtain a database with 2205 rows and 21 columns of data. They can be subjected to an analysis by means of artificial intelligence, the database obtained can be occupied by the students at Mechanics Faculty of ESPOCH for further research. It is recommended to replace the conductors and contacts of the module.
