Resumen
A study focused on reliability is proposed in this work, applied to critical systems of the Campo Fino dairy company, located at Rumipamba de Navas neighborhood of Salcedo - Cotopaxi. This company is dedicated to the purchase, production and commercialization of products derived from milk. A quantitative conformity test was drawn up, determining that maintenance is found with a score of 1.38, at 2.7 points with respect of the maximum degree of importance, which is 4 according to the UNE 150001 standard, according to the maintainability at each level of maintenance intervention. First, the technical inventory of assets was developed, under a structure hierarchical, identified the assets, a total criticality analysis by risk was carried out CTR, determining 3 critical systems and 7 of medium criticality, 74 non-critical. The operational context is established in which each one works their functions, possible failure modes, effects and consequences. All this information was listed in the RCM information sheet that was useful to fill out the decision sheet and find out the best solutions to prevent failures. A format of the main maintenance documents for a good record of activities was developed. An analysis of spare parts based on RCC reliability was carried out determining the critical spare parts of the systems, and a cost benefit analysis per task. The information was recorded in a maintenance matrix, carried out in Excel, with its training, 20 areas, 84 systems and 450 equipment were listed, and the analysis of reliability to the fault history, where the important data for the calculation of the optimal frequency is chosen. It is recommended to the staff carry out constant training for the management of maintenance tools, and the good use of documents to improve their management.
