Resumen
This technological proposal is oriented to the study by means of the analysis of the characteristics and tecnical factors between ergonomic packages and the proposal of a software that locates musculoskeletal conditions and allow through Strategies, the elimination and reduction of ergonomics risks suggested by the ISO TR 12295 for the personnel working in the bodega “El Calvario” of the Electric company Provincial Cotopaxi S.A. the ergonomics packages were evaluated by mean of parameters of Comparison with the ISO/IEC 9126 software analysis matrix to technicians, physicians, professionals and graduates with knowledge in ergonomics and in the use of software, it was obtained as a result that Ergo TR reached a total of 91% equivalent to 4.52 over 5, followed by Ergo IBV and Ergonautas with an estimation of 4.42 and 4.07 respectively, taking into account that in the Quality assessment Guidelines 1 is minimum and 5 is maximum; In the same way it reduced the time in the data taking and delivery of the report by 30% compared to the other software in study. It is concluded that ErgoTR is more efficient, practical, friendly, low cost, simple to perform evaluations and identify ergonomics risks that promote a reliable and functional application, but without losing rigor in the Technical criteria of evaluation Ergonomic. In addition, it allows the use of the Kinect sensor for real-time data taking, thus providing accurate estimates of the measurements and anthropometric angles of exposure to risk. Finally, this study contributed to achieve a safe working environment for the fulfillment of the work activities through the appropriate technology, continuous improvement of the processes and aligned to the legislation in force in the area of prevention of Occupational hazards.
