Resumen
The commercialization system design of cocoa in grain intends to be a Project of big importance for de Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Taisha, Province of Morona Santiago, which will benefit the small producers of cocoa of fine aroma of the Canton and its surroundings, at the same time, it pretends to help the socioeconomic development of their participants as well as to contribute to the improvement of their life quality. By means of the analysis of the SWOT Matrix made to the processes of commercialization, by part of the small producers of cocoa of fine aroma of the canton, it could be determined the existent problems such as: it does not exist an organization or association of cocoa producers, their main purchasers are the intermediate purchasers, they possess limited financial resources, they do not possess a logo which identify them. That is why the producers do not possess enough know ledge for a better commercialization. On this way, it is concluded that the cocoa producers work in an empiric way for that; they do not possess an adequate and efficient commercialization system for the national organic grain of cacao of fine aroma, also they do not count with a register and control of investments and the sales done. For this, the general objective of the investigation is to design a cocoa in grain commercialization system produced organically for the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Taisha, province of Morona Santiago. With the present investigation is pretended that the producers increase their sales, reaching a competitive level and positioning in the market and the improvement of their economic quality of the organic cacao producers from Taisha. It is recommended to apply the commercialization system of organic cacao since proposes new methods such as the creation of an association. Also it will be socialized and the farmers be trained about the proposed commercialization system in the current investigative work with the aim to commercialize the Gold Seed in an adequate and efficient manner.
