Resumen
The following thesis project was aimed at making a simulator demo for texturing of construction finishes for the company ConstruHogar, for the realization of this simulator was based on a methodology created by Marlín Magello, in order to better represent the operation of the environment simulation system. Based on this methodology, an in-depth study was carried out on the products offered by the company, then the environments to be modeled were chosen, which were bathroom, façade, kitchen; then, modeling was carried out for which the 3Dmax software was used, then the simulation with the ceramics and porcelains that the company offers. This simulator is adapted according to the user's interest, in this way it will help to solve the requested requirements in the shortest possible time and in an innovative way. The work through verification and validation showed 95% acceptability. It was concluded that the company is one of the best in the town that offers more than two hundred varieties within the field products on construction finishes having of porcelain and ceramics also offering faucets of national and international brands, the software UNREAL ENGINE 4.2 a tool which helps to have a visualization very close to the real thing. It is recommended that it is important that the race promotes this type of projects and especially that they are carried out with the Unreal Engine 4.2 software, this helps the graphic designers to realize their projects much faster with quality results, besides this software is intuitive and provides the ease of handling without the need to have a basic knowledge of programming.
