Resumen
The objective of this technical project was to design a strategic plan for the refurbishing of the automotive garage of the automotive engineering career, in relation to the maintenance to be performed at the ESPOCH automotive fleet. The evaluation of the current state of the vehicle fleet was carried out by means of on-site inspections in the units, collecting information from them through developed technical sheets. Maintenance plans were developed based on the functional units after the evaluation, taking into account the technical data sheets of each vehicle in addition to having as reference the plans proposed by the manuals of the major of each commercial brand corresponding to the vehicle units. Maintenance plans were grouped into master airplanes according to the types of vehicles present in the fleet. The economic analysis of the application of the maintenance plans created based on the budget allocated of the maintenance of the year 2018 provided by the Transportation Unit was performed. With this information, a strategic plan was made based on the technological and maintenance needs, achieving the refurbishing of the automotive garage to be implemented in the long or short term. It is recommended to evaluate the database of the SisMAC system owned by the ESPOCH institution where it can be compared the maintenance plans entered, with those that are designed to be created in the future, as well as the evolution of the state of the vehicle fleet and control of maintenance based on vehicle mileage.
