Plan de exportación de artesanías de porcelanicron (porcelana fría) desde la microempresa Fácil Arte del cantón Riobamba provincia de Chimborazo a Hamburgo—Alemania

Abstract

This Investigation refers to a cold porcelain crafts (cold porcelain) export plan produced in the Riobamba Canton, Hamburg-Germany Chimborazo Province, through the EASY-ART microenterprise with the aim of presenting handmade products in high quality. This will make the identification of ART EASY microenterprise, also its objectives, organizational and administrative structure and the characteristics of products to determine if it fulfill the requirements to be an export organization. There has been a market research to determine the acceptance of our crafts in the German sales for the period 2010-2015, taking into account the supply, demand and competitors. For handicraft exportation to Germany we considered the legal framework of both: importing and exporting country, besides the necessary documentation, the logistics, marketing, payments procedures and processes to be performed. The plan also contains an economic –financial study which helps us to understand the feasibility of it through financial indexes. Finally we determine the findings and recommendations to facilitate the application of this exportation plan.
