Resumen
The objective of this article is the analysis of the implementation of performance control indicators of the software development process in the Information Technology area.
Information from retail X. For this, SCRUM was implemented as an agile development methodology, Lead Time for the continuous improvement of the process and Balanced Scorecard as a continuous improvement methodology. After the implementation and stabilization stage of the proposed methodology, a growth of 7.55 requirements was evidenced. Likewise, in customer satisfaction, an average of 92.56 software in days decreased by 2.42 days. The quality part of the requirements reached a rate of 91.90. In this context, the notable improvement in the software development process is determined by implementing these indicators that allow the continuous improvement of the Information Technology area.
