Abstract
The present research work named Development of an Administrative Management System for Sumak Tarpuy Corporation, aimed to apply an adequate management process and leads to a good administrative structure. For the elaboration of this, the inductive-deductive method was used through surveys applied to managers and members of the Corporation, which allowed to get the necessary information for the development of the research work. A diagnosis was carried out where it was established that they do not have a structure that allows directing the resources to the fulfillment of the planned goals through its activities. It means, by marketing its product at a fair price because of the lack of administrative tools that direct activities to fulfillment. Through the application of the administrative management system is proposed that the legal statute contains current laws and organizational strengthening by means of the approach of business philosophy, structural and functional organization chart, function manuals for its correct operation and evaluation mechanisms of the activities, the staff performance to be more competitive through the motivation and thus get the goals and objectives that will allow to achieve a better competitiveness in order to become the popular economy solidarity. In conclusion, it was determined that the partners of the corporation do not know the necessary knowledge for the direction of the organization and this arises for not having a duly defined administrative structure, affecting the fulfillment of its social purpose. It is recommended to start with the stages of the proposed proposal where it is started from an organizational strengthening to stipulate the corporate philosophy and mechanisms for the evaluation of the staff in order to take corrective actions and meet institutional objectives in an effective and efficient form.
