Resumen
The present investigation proposes: to evaluate three nutritive solutions in the production of chard (Beta vulgaris L.) vas FORDHOOK GIANT, in hydroponics to floating root in greenhouse of the department of horticulture of the ESPOCH; a randomized complete block design was implemented with 3 treatments and 3 repetitions; the doses evaluated were (DA) high dose (250 N, 262.5 P and 43.75 K) ppm, (DM) average dose (200 N, 210 P and 35 K) ppm, (DB) low dose (150 N, 157.5 P and 26.25 K) ppm. Parameters were evaluated such as: chard snap, absolute growth index (IAN), net assimilation index (IAN), root weight ratio (RPR), leaf weight ratio (RPF), harvest index (K), yield per hectare and the economic analysis according to the benefit-cost ratio. In all the treatments, 99% of the assays were at 15 and 20ddt, and the best results obtained for most of the parameters evaluated at 90ddt were the mean dose (DM) with an IAC of 2.86g / d, IAN 12.96 g / m²/ d, RPF of 80.67%, K of 89.24%, yield per hectare of 25009.49 kg / ha and the greatest cost benefit with 2.47 dollars equivalent to 146, 73%, while the highest RRR was the low dose (DB) with 26.1%. The commercial maturity of the Swiss chard was 90 ddt. Likewise, to obtain the best agronomic and economic performance it is recommended to use (200N, 210P and 35k) ppm.
