dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the present graduation work is to carry out the Design of a Process Management Model for the Research Center on Management Models and Information Systems of ESPOCH, city of Riobamba, Chimborazo province, with the purpose of guaranteeing compliance, control, supervision and efficient evolution of processes. Regarding the research, direct observation was used to the activities carried out in the Research Center, interview with the director, application of questionnaires to technicians and practitioners, where the lack of organizational culture and the lack of a process guide were evident. for the fulfillment of the administrative, academic, research and linking management. Validation of data was deployed through collected information, to elaborate the process map, process tokens, value chain, flow diagrams, indicator tokens. This model has a documented manual, procedures and records to support the information. At the same time, it must be an instrument that contributes to Quality Assurance, thus achieving a change in the organizational culture, optimizing the control of results. The collaborators of the research center must be participants in the implementation of the model, starting the change of the organizational culture, motivating the efficiency of the clients' processes in the services they develop. | |
