Resumen
This research proposes: Design an archaeological route in the Sevilla-Nizag section of the Qhapaq Ñan, in Alausí canton, Chimborazo province; they were used bibliographic and field research techniques: it was determined that there is data from 1553 that talks about the rooms and the section corresponds to a pre-Columbian, walled and paved road, known as Qhapaq Ñan. The diagnosis analyzes the current situation of the communities evidencing a notable absence of properly trained accommodation and food establishments; as well as the natural and cultural attractions, activities, infrastructure and potential demand that would be willing to acquire the product. The profile of the tourist was established based on the surveys made to national and foreign tourists who arrived at the train station in Pistishi. Commercially, the project is viable because 85% of tourists surveyed expressed positively in wanting to know this section. In the technical study, it was done the mapping of the archaeological route "Urku Ñan", relive your past among moors and traditions, elaborating 3 tourist packages identifying the routes, the main and complementary activities with an interpretive system, taking into account the requirements for its execution. It also defines a participatory operation system and under a community management model that suggests legalizing as a Community Tourism Center and operate in order to offer the archaeological route. It was elaborated structural and functional organization charts, function manuals for the personnel and procedure for the provision of the service regarding the administrative study. - It also defines the diffusion of the archaeological route through the 4c of marketing in order to locate the product in the market.
