Resumen
This Project has been developed in order to apply the knowledge acquired by attending Comercial Engineering Career at the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo. By developing a “Feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of ceramic oriented to national construction industry in the city of Naranjito, Guayas province”, It is to determine whether it is viable or not the execution of it; This is a project to cover the unmet demand of the canton previously mention, there is hardly a single distributor of ceramic that fails to meet the demand of the area, to develop the market survey results from the surveys, as well as a field research. It was determined that there is very little supply ceramic limited to the inhabitants of the canton Naranjito to find varieties of products that force them to move to other nearby counties to make their purchases; the feasibility study identifies the risks by creating a new company, which gives a clear picture whether it is viable or not the execution of the project. Taking into account the data obtained from financial study that helps decide the best possible way when investing, a net present value (NPV9) of $ 53,1810.89 which reflects that the project is viable and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 27,5% was obtained, indicating that the project is profitable and able to generate profit; recommending its execution and assist the economic dynamism of the area and reduce the existing unmet demand rate.
