Resumen
The objective of the present research was to design a process to obtain biol and biosol from the rumen generated by the Empresa de Comercialización y Rastro San Mateo de la ciudad de Esmeraldas, for which identification, quantification, and characterization was carried out of the rumen, then 3 pilot bioreactors with a capacity of 40 L were developed, then the wastes outside the rumen were separated and 2L of water was mixed with 10 Kg of rumen giving a 1: 2 ratio. This was repeated in each bioreactor, after that it was left to ferment for 20 days. At the end of the fermentation process, chemical, physical and microbiological analyses were carried out. The amount of biol and biosol obtained in the bioreactor A was 16.87 L, 12.63 Kg, in bioreactor B was 17.71 L and 11.63 Kg, and in the bioreactor, C was 16.95 L and 12.34 Kg. For the design phase of the bioreactor, pre-selection matrices were made and calculations for the designated type were generated. Five bioreactors are proposed that will supply to treat the monthly waste load generated each of these will be of fine dome with 1.3 m3 of volume, each one with a feeding 373,05 Kg of ruminaza and 746,1 L of water. Each bioreactor will be filled weekly. After 20 days, the biol and biosol will be removed from them. The project is viable as demonstrated in the economic feasibility study with a TIR of 25,88%, reaching an efficiency of 77% and a performance of 95%.
