Resumen
This thesis paper proposal is a Business Management System design for farmers who have an agreement in zone 3 with the Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacualtura y Pesca (MAGAP), in Riobamba city, since there is the need to improve the knowledge about commercial management as an unexplored area. It is helpful to know new market niches, especially when it is a market for public and private entities, maintaining high consumer demand for agricultural products, with the acquisition of baskets with organic products at really affordable costs and whose market has a reduced supply of natural resources, so it depends on the implementation of a basket and organic products that MAGAP manages, preventing short circuits of production and generating direct producer-consumer sales. Ecuador, currently enjoys a strong performance as a producer and exporter of certain varieties of organic products and is in the Central Highland region where the production of these products has increased, as it is in Chimborazo, where the "Centro de Acopio Guaslán "is committed to introduce its diversity of organic products to potential markets through marketing strategies, in which the organic products acceptance in the market could be demonstrated. Furthermore, the proposal which has been implemented in the plan demonstrates relevance, determining that with good marketing strategies and quality standards the project is financially viable; thus it is recommended to promote the cultivation and marketing of organic agricultural products in the country.
