Resumen
The academic instruction of the human being is fundamental to seek social and economic stability. The Ecuadorian educational system is structured in a model of learning that develops for five years, from three to eighteen years of age in a race. However, there are students who still can not complete their studies on a regular basis for various reasons, and must drop out of school, the problem arises when they wish to resume their studies, but because of age they are often marginalized or ignored by society and Educational institutions, this makes it impossible for them to be reinserted into academic instruction. The present research analyzes the impact of the Intensive Basic Education program developed by the current Government and exposes the views of students and teachers on the application of the educational offer and the level of complexity with which the students manage to apprehend the content taught in classes
