Resumen
The next research work aims to obtain the title of Electronic Engineering, through topic “Design, build and implementation of a system –wide for the drive and discrete signal reception field, in order to reinforce the skills taught in class about mono master industrial Networking distributed control (AS-i) at Flexible Manufacturing Laboratory of Salesiana Polytechnic University of Guayaquil”.
The system consist of a shaped by basic element for building an AS-i network, such as PLC, own master and slave device of this technology module; all these elements are arranged in a rectangular metal frame and access is for a removable cover of the same material and has metal clasps and handle for easy transport. In addition to this it has a card to conventional discrete variables and structure of discrete connections for running multiple practices proposed in this work.
The implementation of this system to scale reflects the simplicity of the network when managing binary actuators and sensors, it is also possible to observe the characteristic reduced wiring as well as visualize the typical signal communication between master and slave, being this a contribution to the understanding of theoretical concepts of the AS-I network, as it not only has clear criteria, but also can experiment with this technology is booming in major industries around the world.
