Evaluating the psychosocial risk factors to which workers are exposed will help to
take appropriate preventive actions, where the idea is to contribute to solving issues
as from the action, allowing both authorities and workers get current and clear
information on the psychosocial nature risks that can affect their health and
development in their job. For the development of the systematization of this project
tools were researched and the methodology used was the taking of survey Istas 21
short version to a total sample of 25 workers of the administrative area, in the
questionnaire it was possible to get demographic data, in order to identify six
sections of psychosocial risk factors: (Psychological Exigency, Active Work and
Skills Development, Social Support in the Enterprise and Quality of Leadership,
Compensation, Double Presence and Appreciation).
A risk matrix was created that facilitate qualify and identify them, then would start
some actions in order to address immediately worrying conditions and looking for
that each of the workers perceive that the organization cares about their physical
health, emotional and psychological.
