Resumen
The work deals with microcurricular planning and teaching in Early Childhood Education, seeks to analyze the impact of microcurricular planning in the exercise of teaching in Initial Education. Considering planning as a guiding instrument helps in the teaching work through reflection evidencing what is lived in the current scenario within the aulicas practices. During the practice period it was observed that most teachers uses planning only as a document to present and in other cases only to file, for that reason it was decided to know the perspective of teachers with work experience in Initial Education. The methodology used was qualitative with the use of the technique of interviews that were conducted during the pandemic caused by Covid-19, this allowed to understand whether or not planning affects the exercise of teaching. The work is organized by the description of the problem, general and specific objectives, theoretical foundation, methodology, analysis of results, presentation of findings, conclusions, bibliography and annexes.
