Abstract

In this research, the “competitive ELISA” method was used to establish the presence of antibodies, in order to determine the Prevalence of Influenza A in guinea pigs. Analyzing a total of 240 experimental individuals raised under production systems delimited under technical and health conditions in the Paute canton.
