The present research arises from the need to understand how psychopedagogical evaluation is developed, considered one of the main processes to respond to the different educational needs that students present during the learning process, it is also the first step for an approach to the process of educational inclusion.
The research is made up of the following sections: in the introduction, the research problem is defined, a contextualization of how psychopedagogical evaluation is conceived from the experiences of countries in the region and the experience that the country has in relation to processes of educational inclusion , in the following section the theoretical foundation made up of three chapters is exposed: the first chapter presents information on the psychopedagogical orientation process, in the second chapter the inclusion support units are mentioned. And in the third chapter the new functional evaluation criteria are analyzed.
The following section shows the methodology used in the research, which has a qualitative approach and is aimed at collecting the appreciations of the different actors involved in the psychopedagogical evaluation process through an interview. Subsequently, the criteria exposed by the interviewees are analyzed, within this chapter it is appreciated how the objectives set at the beginning of the investigation were met, which will allow to establish the conclusions and recommendations of the same.
