This thesis presents the design of a fault diagnostician for controlled continuous system; this diagnostic is hybrid nature since it combines the discrete dynamics with continuous dynamic and has been represented in a finite state automaton. For this design is used the approach based on the determination of residues, which are obtained from the qualitative analysis of the system under study.
