The lack of recognition to measure the dimensions of intellectual capital (IC) such as: Human Capital
(HC), Structural Capital (SC) and Relational Capital (RC), shows a loss in its evaluative relevance, a
value that affects the price of the actions and/or the participation on the market, it is from there that the
importance arises in the analysis and valuation of the intangible resources that companies currently
have, for which the present investigation performs the calculation of the evaluative relevance of
intellectual capital through the application of Ohlson model adaptation and performs the analysis of the
linear regression of the variables: accounting value of the net tangible elements at the moment t (TgPNt),
accounting result of the period RDOt

, obtaining as a
result that the variable logarithm in Advertising Expenditure of the Relational Capital dimension of the
IC, reflects a positive influence of 21.64%, and that through linear regression, a price of the shares and
/or market shares of $109.59, with an error of 0.49%, less than 1%; being the real value of $110.13.
This said, determining the variables (HC, SC, RC) that most influence the market price using
methodology with a quantitative approach to give evidence to the most outstanding values within the
flower exporting companies in Ecuador in 2020.
