Educommunicative analysis component VeoVeo program and its contribution to non-formal education gives origin and purpose to the development of academic essay whose intention is directed towards identifying the type of content, structure and effects of the program in the Ecuadorian child audience. In this sense it is based on the premise that the program is a educommunicative VeoVeo proposal of the Ministry of Inclusion Economic and Social (MIES) and Ecuador TV (ECTV) that from the areas of early stimulation, creativity, citizenship, expression, participation and entertainment complements formal education processes taking place in educational institutions. Consequently addressing the issue provides a contextualization of Educommunication in the XXI century and its impact on the tele-education, so it is a qualitative and descriptive research, which seeks to understand the problem situation through arguments, theoretical framework tuning studies for determining characteristics and relationships of the object studied; the VeoVeo program and influence as educational agent with an important role for non-formal education.
