Resumen
The following technical degree project, has as its main objective, the repowering of a didactic module of the automation laboratory of the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana sede Guayaquil, centennial campus in order that students can perform PROFIBUS communication practices between 2 or more automata and Multiple applications that these can provide. The main elements of this module are: a Siemens Simatic s7-1200 CPU 1214C DC / AC / RLY Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Siemens PM 1207 power source, a Siemens CSM 1277 Simatic Net Switch, a Touch Panel Siemens KTP600 Basic Color PN, a Signal Board SB 1232 AQ, a Master PROFIBUS DP communication module, two RJ45 external ports, a TP-LINK router and a front panel to simulate digital and analog inputs and outputs.
The fundamental objective of this degree project is that the student adapts to the different types of industrial communication, in this case PROFIBUS communication, the same that is carried out by means of the PROFIBUS DP master and slave module, apart from the use of the multiple tools that It has the TIA PORTAL V15 program and it can be used for the development of practices such as tire pressure control, oven temperature control, food process control and many more cases involving communication between automata.
