Resumen
Nowadays in the Ecuadorian industrial sector it is possible to find different monitoring and control systems, as much as different producers of equipment used for automated processes, and with them productivity is increased, costs are reduced and production time is improved.
The Universidad Politecnica Salesiana is determined to offer its students an excellent education, besides of imparting knowledge about the modern and actualized systems, and with this it introduces excellent professionals into the market with a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge, for the solution of industrial they find during their working hours.
This thesis: “Design and implementation of educational suitcases for motor control using variable speed drives to control filling”, is based on research, design and implementation of three training modules to generate practices of industrial controls systems, complementing the knowledge acquired with the experience gained with these equipments, generating three-phase motor tractor speed variations using the G110 sinamics inverter in which frequency changes are set through its BOP programming panel.
The aim is to have students become familiar with the use of the G110 sinamics inverter to achieve operation together with the mini PLC Logo 230 RCE, building the capacity of communication through the Ethernet port that it has.
