This article is developed due to irresponsibility of some insurance companies with multiple informational gaps that are not given to users who are looking for an appropriate option in the brokerage of a life policy, there is an unsatisfied demand, added to it the lack of attention to the expansion of the market and the premises of negative offers that expand and are not attended to. The objective includes describing the factors that determine the acceptance or not of life insurance, and if there is interest on the part of users for its acquisition. The applied methodology has a quantitative and qualitative approach of non-experimental, exploratory and descriptive characteristics, the survey and the interview are taken as instruments, where the results achieved would allow to establish if there is the individual or family development with responsibility and ethics of a broker or a specific insurance broker that foresees the acceptance of a specific target audience that feels the need, but there is not the proper communication, not bundled plans that can drive creative promotions and a credit in the expansion of life insurance.
