Abstract

The governments have taken preventive measures to guarantee the health of citizens, for that reason, different strategies have been implemented such as taxes on sugar-sweetened beverages and the nutritional traffic light. As a result, the soft drink producing companies have increased their production using different sweeteners instead of sugar.
