Resumen
In this research, a heuristic with a
stochastic programming approach is
proposed, considering two fundamental
objectives, the first is to maximize the
expected benefit of PPV, while the second
refers to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
For which, a VPP is considered that
integrates a conventional power plant, two
flexible demands, a storage unit and
photovoltaic generation. In addition, VPP
participates in pool markets, including DA
daily energy markets and real-time (RT)
energy markets. In the first instance, the
DA's energy market scheduling decisions
are determined and then the VPP
schedules its dispatch decisions in the RT
market for each period. Finally, the units
are dispatched considering the technical economic properties and the previous
programming. The results show that the
heuristic allows establishing strategies for
the dispatch of energy from the VPP in the
DA and RT markets, while CO2 emissions
are reduced, since in some scenarios it is
possible to supply the demand without
dispatching the conventional generation.
