IVA ¿Quién gana? y ¿Quién pierde?

Abstract

El impuesto al valor agregado IVA se empezará a cobrar este mes de julio, forma parte de la nueva legislación tributaria aprobada en el 2018, con una amplia mayoría en la Asamblea Legislativa y representa, un primer paso en la solución al déficit fiscal que tiene la economía costarricense y que ha puesto, en entredicho la estabilidad macroeconómica del país.

The VAT value added tax will begin to be charged this July, it is part of the new tax legislation approved in 2018, with a large majority in the Legislative Assembly and represents a first step in the solution to the fiscal deficit that the Costa Rican economy and that has called into question the macroeconomic stability of the country.
