Resumen
This workshop describes a sequence of activities and theoretical foundations for active contextualization in the development of Euclidean Geometry in Secondary Education. This workshop is part of the project PPA-017615 Teacher Training under the Sociocultural Vision of Mathematics, attached to the School of Mathematics of the National University. The purpose of the workshop is to use the sociocultural vision of mathematics in the construction and verification of geometric properties, in this particular case, based on the architectural structures of some temples in Costa Rica. The main result that is expected from the workshop is the appropriation and integration of geometric knowledge by the participants, from elements of the context itself, which leads to the elaboration of geometric constructions with a ruler and compass and their verification using the Geogebra software.
