dc.description.abstractThe Brazilian milk production is an activity that is growing every year, occupying the fourth place in the world, generating employment and setting the man in the field. The present work aims to follow the management of dairy cattle, agroindustrialization and the commercialization of dairy by-products in an agro-industry of the Municipality of Santana-Ap. Technical visits were carried out between November 19 and 23, 2018, with due follow-up for further analysis and description of the management of animal husbandry, facilities, ambience aspects, agro-industrialization and marketing of milk by-products. The research was carried out in a dairy production property in the Municipality of Santana. In the technical visit, were observed: the animal, reproductive, sanitary, nutritional, installation and ambience management, agro- industrialization and commercialization of milk by-products. The property meets the sanitary requirements of the Defense and Agricultural Inspection Agency of the State of Amapá (DIAGRO), following the schedule of vaccinations, ensuring ambiance in the physical and personal space, and in the handling of dairy products, following the correct application of good practices in the production of dairy by-products, thus meeting the parameters established in current legislation
