dc.description.abstractViolence and marginalization of women is a cross-reality, occurs in all countries of the world, including those classified as "developed". To understand this phenomenon we analyze how gender is a form of underlying oppression that influence the way we organize and distribute power and, indeed, the way we understand the law.
