This report will analyse the current housing situation in Victoria, particularly the increasing need for affordable housing in Melbourne and the unmet demand of specialised housing for people with disabilities, with the objective of constructing an integrative proposal for their delivery. The strategy presented in this report is based on the incorporation of Design Standards and the partnership with NDIS to provide inclusive and affordable PHR developments, especially for people with disabilities. The proposed Design Standards and the NDIS partnership are explained and exemplified along with this report, as well as their respective financial model and monitoring and evaluation process.
