Resumen
Se suele caracterizar al peronismo histórico (1946-1955), como una variante de populismo urbano, promotor de una política económica planificada, dirigista, nacionalista y apoyado en una fuerte alianza con el movimiento obrero y la pequeña y mediana burguesía nacional. Poco o nada se vincula esta etapa política con el desarrollo de formas asociativas como las cooperativas o directamente con el modelo de economía social. Sin embargo, la referencia a ellas en la literatura política de la época es apreciable.
