dc.description.abstractIn our paper we would like to analyze some mathematical and physical problems which arise in the interior of an electric dipole during its oscillation along the vector of the dipole moment. A hypothesis is advanced that only electric dipole can radiate electromagnetic waves rather than an electric charge.
