<p>El presente documento busca aportar reflexiones acerca de los conceptos sobre Desarrollo Humano, Integral y Sustentable –DHIS- para asumir nuevas posturas y racionalidades que transformen y orienten formas de ver, sentir, percibir y proyectar el mundo restableciendo la armonía y el equilibrio entre la naturaleza y el ser humano. Metodología. Esta aproximación se realizó a través de una revisión documental argumentativa sobre el tema Desarrollo Humano, Integral y Sustentable dentro del marco del seminario de investigación de producción intelectual (seminario alemán “Perspectivas de Desarrollo y Paz”). Resultados. Se concluye que en el DHIS prevalece la visión antropocéntrica en los lenguajes y posturas; por tanto, es necesario trascender del pensamiento individual al colectivo para adoptar nuevas cosmovisiones y paradigmas que proponen la sustentabilidad de la vida y que establecen relaciones de reciprocidad entre la persona y todas las formas de vida.</p>The present document has as intention to generate contributions and reflections about concepts on Human Development, Integral Development and Sustainable Development to assume new positions and rationalities that transform and orientate ways of seeing, feeling, perceiving and projecting the world restoring the harmony and the balance between nature and human being. Methodology. This approximation was made through a literature review on the topic Human Development, Integral and Sustainable seminar within the framework of intellectual production research (German seminar "Prospects for Development and Peace").Results. As a conclusion, it is pointed out that in the DHIS the anthropocentric vision prevails in languages and positions; therefore it is necessary to come out of the individual thought of the group to adopt new world views and paradigms that propose life sustainability and establish reciprocity relationships between the person and all forms of life.
