Resumen
The Association of Physical Education Teachers of Pontes and Lacerda is a civil
entity that promotes social integration through sports practice. Being a collective with
15 years of existence completed on November 11, 2015, when verifying the figurations
that generated and originated in the implementation of this association in Pontes and
Lacerda / MT occurs, precisely, at a time when teachers’ associations began to make
room for the CONFEF / CREF system. By the free and democratic constitution of the
associations the lack of a political conception about the sport has generated reduced
interest in the collective participation of this one. The main objective was to analyze
and verify the constituent elements of the sporting and sociocultural identity, analyzing
the human figures and the municipal school games (phase). In the case of a qualitative
research, the narrative strategy was chosen by means of (6) recorded interviews,
analysis of association documents, construction of tables, use of images and participant
observation of the now researching native. The perception of an imbalance in the game
between APEF de Pontes and Lacerda / MT and other municipal institutions is verified
to be the result of innumerable tensions between established and outsiders and above
all in the informality institutionalized by the group, not being constantly used records in
minutes and regiments on their norms, actions and strategies of political articulations.
The interviews allowed to verify that at the beginning of its constitution it seems that the
collective is used in favor of the individualities. Participant observation, more specifically
from 2005 onwards, is the attempt of a new group to constitute itself as a collective
for the collective. However, the years 2005, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 still
make decisions getting to the collective give answers to the community for the mistakes
occasioned by this situation. It is hoped that this study will be discussed by the APEF
in the reorganization of its actions, if it chooses to establish a new sense of its history,
establishing juridically the proper political articulations with the school communities in
the formation process by the sport.
