dc.description.abstractThe new entrepreneur inexperience may be a risk factor when inserts itself in the market. That risk could be minimized when joining a franchise that already is organized and consolidated in the mart. The objective of this study is, by building a strategic planning and making a scenario’s analysis, propose a franchising model to a small business from the retail sector. The methodology used is a descriptive exploratory research of applied nature and mixed approach. To acomplish that objective, a SWOT matrix were used and economic viability methods, like internal rate of return (IRR) and payback to evaluate the current scenario where the enterprise is insert and its variations. The results and conclusion were discussed and compared with each other, using a comparative board. The data presents two of three scenarios as attractive to the future investor.
