Resumen
Hospitals are admittedly complex organizations with difficult and expensive administration
that offer services with a high level of specificity and often make the management system
more difficult. Variety in the services offered by hospitals makes oversight and control of
activities a chore. Thus, greater training in hospital management is necessary, preparing
the directors of these hospitals to act as articulators of the different factors that influence
the activities developed by the hospital, whether internal or external. Based on this reality,
this action research aims to analyze the feasibility of the use of tools for routine
management to improve the results of a medium-sized hospital organization, identifying
the existing problems on the part of the management of the association, suggesting actions
based in routine management, implementing actions and evaluating the employee's
satisfaction regarding the implemented actions. The tools implemented aim to organize the
day to day work of the administrative director so that her work becomes more productive,
efficient and organized. As a result, the study brought the perception that the implemented
tools help to organize the daily routine of the collaborator, bringing benefits to the hospital
association, as better organization and routine planning, and having the possibility of
continuation of this research.
