The present work of conclusion of course presents results of an investigation realized in classroom, with students of the third year of High School, on the topic polyhedra. The main objective of the research was to investigate what prerequisites the students possessed on the subject mentioned, as well as their posture in relation to the learning of this content. During the development of the work were carried out activities involving polyhedrons with particular attention to Euler's Theorem. In a second moment some regular polyhedra were constructed using concrete material and they were used for the students to visualize in a more real way the faces, edges and vertices. From the realized research, it was possible to perceive that it is important to retake the concepts already studied, to work the contents in a differentiated way, mainly with manipulable materials because in this way it is possible to arouse the interest of the students and consequently, one obtains a better understanding and learning of the contents involved.
