Abstract

With the present work I seek to detail the contents and the social crossings that permeate lesbian sexuality in order to observe its reverberations in my dance. The BPI: BailarinoPesquisador-Intérprete (“Dancer-Researcher-Interpreter”) method was the catalyst for this research, since, based on its tools and The Inventory in the Body axis, I became aware of this process. After reflecting on these questions about the lesbian body, I created the video dance “for all the times I didn't speak”. The synthesis of this work is given by the movement that springs from the need to give voice and strength to my lesbianity. In my body the feeling is one of integrity, moreover, there is the certainty of a job that still has a lot to be unfolded and discussed, creatively and reflexively.
