dc.description.abstractThis course completion work aims to identify and understand the logic and communication practices observed in federal institutions of higher education. More specifically with objectives of foment the discussion on production logics in the communicational processes; Identify and understand the logics of production, construction and circulation way of communicative processes; (Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and Federal Institute Farroupilha (IFFar). The methodology used included the monitoring of the productive routines of the communication advisories through participant observation, in-depth interviews and research questionnaire next to coordinators. As a result of this research, it was identified that the communication logics and practices observed in the current scenario of the three advisories surveyed follow similar premises, such as the high information content of institutional portals and the great inclusion in social media to produce their communication processes without the foundation of Strategic communication plans or communication policies. Thus, is understood that some factors are essential for communication processes to flow in the best way possible, such as the organization and development of communication policies, as well as, communication plans that cover the plan of communicational actions, strategies and tools, so that in this way to identify and understand who are the publics of the institutions.
