dc.description.abstractBridge cranes are equipments used in transportation and lifting of loads able to operate at high cycles work providing greater safety and agility for the productive sector. This paper present the project of the cranes and trolley for its transverse movement for application in the Núcleo de Automação e Processos de Fabricação (NAFA). This núcleo has an infrastructure that uses of conventional tools and CNC lathes. The structural calculation is based norm NBR 8400 1984. This norm establishes minimum criterius for sizing equipment for transport and lifting of loads. After sizing and structure analysis, was selected the W460x68 profile (manufacture Gerdau). Made of ASTM A572 grau 50 steel for the bridge crane. Finally, modeling using Creo Parametric software was developed.
